Return & Refund Policy

Below presents’s Standard Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the website returns would require Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 14 Days of receiving must follow the criteria as below:

  • Faulty items damaged/broken or stained upon arrival.
  • Items received in the incorrect size/color.
  • Unwashed, unworn, and unused item(s) that have not met your expectations within 14 days of receiving them.

Warning: Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your expense once received by us:

  • Any product that is not purchased from
  • Any product without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product
  • Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate
  • If items are lost while being returned, we will not be able to assist you even though we wish we could. We recommend that you select a trackable shipping method to return the defective products.

Attention: Before you return a parcel, you shall be aware of below

  • You need to afford full shipping fee for return
  • Make sure we can get the return parcel within 30 business days
  • Refunds will be arranged in 1-3 business days after we receive the parcel and inspect for no problem with our staff.

The RMA Process & Three Easy Steps:

Contact [email protected] with your order information when you request for return/refund.

1. Get RMA Authorization after you submit a RMA request by contacting [email protected] ,RMA request should include the following information:

Order Number, the reason for returning and parcel images, choose replacement or refund money and mention other concerns if you have any.

2. Ship the parcel after you get the RMA authorization.

When you ship returning products, please note that the returned item(s) must be with original packing, accessories and shipping address from together with RMA authorization.

Notes: please provide a tracking number for return shipment. won’t take any responsibility for any missing return shipment.

3.Get the replacement or Refund. Habaebae will arrange for replacement or refund upon receiving your returned package within 1-3 business days. The refunds are applied to the original payment method.

Once our team have received and confirmed your request for return/refund via email, we will reply to you the corresponding return address within 1-2 business day(s).

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within any applicable processing time that is applied by your bank.

Late or Missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
